  2. Black Construction Paper

  3. Scissors 

  4. Glue or Glue Stick

    Directions: 

Step 1.  Download the free printable template and print the ghost template.

Step 2: Cut out a ghost shape.

Step 3:  Glue cotton balls on the ghost until it is covered or your little one says it's completed.

Step 4: Cut out some eyes and a mouth on black paper and glue them on.

Step 5: Tape some yarn or string to the back, and hang your ghosts up.
