Hi, Momma!

I'm Elizabeth. When my bundle of joy arrived, it felt like 'me' time took a backseat—okay, let's be honest, it completely vanished for a good 2.5 years. I found myself googling "How do moms even self-care?" wondering if it was just a myth that disappeared with my pre-baby jeans.

Turns out it's not a myth! One little gem I found was journaling. So, I took the plunge and crafted this Self-Care Journal, not just for me but for all of us riding the mom-coaster. Now, I manage to sneak in some journaling about five days a week—sometimes even daily, depending on whether the day's chaos meter reads "manageable" or "meltdown."

And guess what? Affirmations have become our new morning cereal. My little one and I do them together, making it our way to start with a boost of positivity. So, here's to finding ourselves again, one page at a time.
